Kunle Lawal Jinadu was before this appointment an Executive Director of the company. Holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) and Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
His career spans almost 30 years with firms such as Deloitte Haskin & Sells (now Deloitte Touche, a firm of Chartered Accountants), Interstate Securities Limited (a firm of stockbrokers), and ANZGrindlays Merchant Bank Limited, which transformed into Stanbic Bank Nigeria Limited. At Stanbic Bank, he rose to the position of General Manager, Corporate Finance and held other offices simultaneously, including Head, Global Custody and Managing Director/CEO of Stanbic Equities Limited.
He took early retirement in 2003 to establish his private consulting company, with which he played very prominent roles in the pension reform implementation. Prior to joining the company, he had assisted with the establishment of three out of the four pioneer Pension Fund Custodians licensed in Nigeria, including First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited.
He had had extensive work experience having worked in a number of other jurisdiction including India, London, Ghana and south Africa. He is an alumnus of both the London Business school and Harvard Business school.
Olufunso Sobande is the Executive Director, Operation & Information Technology, he has over 27 years of work experience spanning the financial services industries. Until his appointment, Funso served as the Group Operations Treasurer of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc.
Prior to that time, he has worked in various orgranisations within the Treasury function, including FCMB, First Security Discount House Limited (now FSDH Merchant Bank). StanbicIBTC Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank PHB. He also served as the Chief Dealer/Fiscal & Fiinancial Strategist at Central Bank fo Nigeria.
Funso obtained B.Sc degree in Economics from University of Ibadan, and a Master's Degree in Finance from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK. He has attended various training/courses both locally and abroad
Bunmi Aderonmu is the Chief Financial Officer of First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited (FPCNL). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration.
Bunmi is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years experience in the Financial Services industry.
Tasked with leadership through start up, she joined First Pension Custodian Nig. Ltd. in 2005 as the Head of Finance & Administration. Prior to joining FPCNL, Bunmi worked with First Bank of Nigeria Plc (now First Bank of Nigeria Limited) where she served in various roles in Operations and Financial Control.
She has attended various programmes in top-rated business schools including IMD, Switzerland and Chicago Booth School of Business.
Akin holds a Master's Degree from the University of Ibadan in Agricultural Economics. He has over twenty years experience garnered in the financial sectors of the Nigerian economy. These cuts across Banking and the Management of Pension Custody. His banking career commenced in Branch Operations. He was one time Branch Manager of one of the pilot branches of FBN in Lagos.
He also worked in the Electronic Banking Department of the bank and was a pioneer staff of the Western Union Money Transfer Services and was also involved in the initiation of the issuance of Master card in the Country.
He traversed to the Pension industry also at it's inception and has been a Management staff of First Pension Custodian since then. He has attended a number of foreign training and this includes courses at the University of Chigago Booth and London Business schools, Thomas Murray London, Euromoney courses and ICAP South Africa.
He is an avid lover of the noble game of Cricket and he is currently a Cricket administrator.
Ayowole Olaoluwa Fanimokun is a Chartered Banker with over 20 years experience in operations with First Bank of Nigeria Plc. He was once in-charge of preparation of the bank's financial budget and perfromance measurement indices.
He was a key member of the Finacle (GL application being adopted by FPCNL) New Banking Application team and received several month's residential training in India.
Mr. Johnson Omotunde Folayan heads the Audit Risk and Compliance Department of First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited which comprises of Compliance, Risk Management, internal Audit and Reconciliation Units.
Prior to joining First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited, he had worked with the commercial Bank Credit Lyonnaise and was formerly the Assistant Head of Financial Control in Capital Bank International Limited. He exited the Bank as the Head Compliance and Internal Control in 2005. He joined First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited in 2005 as the chief Compliance Officer and is currently the Head, Audit Risk and Compliance Department.
He has Over fifteen years experience in banking operations, Audit, Compliance, Regulatory reporting, Reconciliation,Risk Management,Finance and Accounting.
He holds a Bachelor of science (BSc) degree Finance & Banking and a Master of Business Administration(MBA) with specialization in Finance & Banking. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants in Nigeria and a Registered Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He has attended various leadership programmes held in esteemed institutions such as the london Business School (UK), the Chicago Both School of Business (Chicago, lllinois), the MIS Audit Leadership Institute (Cambridge, Massachusetts) and the Euromoney Financial Training on Pension Custody.
Anike Jaiyeola is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with over 20 years of experience in the financial Industry.
She heads the Trade Process and Settlement Department of First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited.
Anike, holds a degree in Accountancy and had taken up roles in Banking Operations, Finance and Treasury functions.
Prior to joining the Pension Industry in 2006, she had earned a wealth of experience working with various organizations and served in distinct capacities.
Muyiwa Fagbenro heads Information Technology department of First pension Custodian.
Prior to joining First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited, he had worked with ASO Savings & Loans Plc (Mortgage Bank) and was formally Head Of Enterprise Application for the bank. He has over 13 years experience in Information Communication and Technology.
