Mr. Oloruntimilehin (Timi) George, is a seasoned banker with cognate experience spanning well over 25 years at various local and international banks; he assumed office as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited in March 2020.
Prior to this, he served as Group Head, Financial Institutions and Multilaterals at First Bank of Nigeria Limited.Timi has a background in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Strategic Management. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has a number of notable fellowships at institutions such as the Institute of Strategic Management, Institute of Brand Management and Institute of Credit Administration and is a Graduate Member, Nigerian Marketing Association, Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management, Member, National Association for Family Development (NEFAD), and Honorary Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and is a Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
Ms. Bunmi Aderonmu is the Executive Director, Operations & Information Technology.
Until her appointment in March 2020, Bunmi served the company in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer; she is a consummate professional with experience spanning over two decades in the area of Operations and Financial Control within the Nigerian financial services industry.
Prior to joining First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited as a pioneer staff, she worked with First Bank of Nigeria Plc (now First Bank of Nigeria Limited) where she served in various roles.
Bunmi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Ilorin. In addition, she has taken various courses and attended several programmes at top-rated business schools including Lagos Business School (AMP), Columbia Business School, IMD, Switzerland and Chicago Booth School of Business. She is an Associate of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
Mr. Akin Denton is the Head, Business Development & Client Services; his financial services industry career spans over 25 years, with stints in branch operations and electronic banking, before transitioning into the pension industry as a pioneer management staff at First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited.
Before this, Akin had served as a pioneer staff of the Western Union Money Transfer Services and was also involved in the initiation of the issuance of Mastercard in Nigeria during his time at FirstBank.
Akin holds a Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and has attended several foreign training and courses at the University of Chicago Booth, London Business School, Regenesys Business School South Africa (AMP), Thomas Murray London, Euromoney and ICAP South Africa.
He loves cricket and currently sits on the Board of Trustees of Foundation Cricket Club, Lagos.
Mr. Tunde Folayan heads the Compliance function at First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited. He has over twenty-five years' experience in financial control, banking operations, relationship management, audit, compliance, regulatory reporting and risk management.
Tunde holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance & Banking and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with specialization in Finance & Banking. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Risk Analyst. He has also attended various leadership programmes at the Lagos Business School (AMP), London Business School (UK), the Chicago Booth School of Business (Chicago, Illinois), Columbia Business (New York), the MIS Audit Leadership Institute (Cambridge, Massachusetts) and the Euromoney Financial Training on Pension Custody.
Mr. Wole Fanimokun is the Head, Contributions Management; he is a Chartered Banker with over 25 years' experience in operations with the First Bank Group.
One of the high points of his distinguished career was when he was saddled with the responsibility of preparing the financial budget and performance measurement indices for the entire First Bank of Nigeria Limited.
While at FirstBank, he was also a key member of the Finacle Banking Application team and received several months residential training in India during the project implementation.
He has also attended various leadership programmes at the Regenesys Business School South Africa (AMP), Thomas Murray London, London Business School (UK) and the Euromoney Financial Training.
Mrs. Anike Jaiyeola serves as Head, Trade Process & Settlement; she is an Accountancy graduate and distinguished fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Anike has worked in diverse areas of banking such as Banking Operations, Finance and Treasury in the last 20 years
Adefemi is a consummate professional with over two decades of experience in Auditing, Finance and Operations.
He commenced his professional career at a Big 4, PricewaterhouseCoopers before his foray into banking, working across local, regional and international banks including Ecobank and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) where he spent over a decade in various roles within the finance function and was involved in delivering key projects across markets within Africa and the Middle East. He won recognition awards for responsiveness and creativity by the SCB Group Non-Executive Director in 2009 and the country CFO as Finance staff of the year in 2012.
Prior to joining First Pension Custodian, he worked with Grace-Lake Partners as the Chief Financial Officer (KPMG secondment) of the fast-growing Investment firm and its latest start-up, Moove Africa (Uber’s new fleet partner for Sub-Saharan Africa).
Adefemi is a Fellow of two professional bodies: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a graduate of Accounting from University of Lagos.
He is a faculty member of the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) and recently provided consulting service on the Competency Assessment System (CAS) Project for the institute.
Adefemi, who is widely travelled, loves football, is happily married, and blessed with two sons.
Nurudeen has over 20 years’ experience in information technology, having worked with IT Solutions Limited ,Triumph Bank Plc, UBA Assets Management and UBA pensions custodian.He is a graduate of computer science, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Masters degree in Business Administration (Management Technology) from Lagos State University and Masters in Information Technology (MIT) from University of Lagos. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and also an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified.
Nurudeen’s experience covers the following areas: Solution Delivery, Business Analysis, Process Automation & Improvement, Service Management, Project Management, Business Continuity Management and Operation Strategy
He is a Senior Management Programme (SMP) holder of the Lagos Business School.
