Bunmi Aderonmu
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Bunmi is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Company, having previously served as Executive Director, Operations & IT and Chief Financial Officer.
With three decades of experience in financial services, she brings broad executive expertise across finance, operations, technology, governance, human resources and strategy. Her leadership experience spans business transformation, operational resilience, technology-enabled change, with a focus on building institutional capability and supporting sustainable growth.
Prior to joining the Company, she held roles at First Bank of Nigeria Limited spanning accounting, financial reporting, management information systems and branch operations. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics and an MBA. An alumna of Lagos Business School, she has also completed executive education at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, IMD and Chicago Booth. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, she is also a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria and an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
