Nurudeen is an accomplished Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience spanning IT Solutions Limited, Triumph Bank Plc, UBA Asset Management, and UBA Pensions Custodian, before joining First Pension Custodian.
He holds a degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s in Business Administration (Management Technology), and a Master’s in Information Technology (MIT). He is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified professional.
Nurudeen’s expertise cuts across Solution Delivery, Business Analysis, Process Automation and Improvement, Service Management, Project Management, Contribution Management, Business Continuity Management, and Operational Strategy. He has successfully led key functions in Information Technology and Operations within the Pension Industry, driving efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
A passionate advocate of continuous learning, Nurudeen is an alumnus of the Senior Management Program (SMP 64, 2017) at Lagos Business School. He has further enhanced his leadership and strategic capabilities through executive programs at global institutions, including:
