Anne Obuseh

Anne is a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade of expertise in Company Secretarial practice. Her academic background is distinguished by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, coupled with a Bachelor of Law Degree from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State. The culmination of her academic journey led to her admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on November 13, 2007.

Embarking on her legal career at the esteemed F.N.B Law Practice, Anne honed her skills before transitioning to corporate in-house practice at Royal Exchange Plc. This financial services group, with diverse interests in Insurance, Healthcare, and Microfinance banking, provided her with a platform to excel. Notably, she undertook the pivotal role of Company Secretary at Royal Exchange Finance Company Limited, a subsidiary of the conglomerate.

In recognition of her commitment to excellence, Anne has become an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Additionally, she maintains active membership in the Nigerian Bar Association, further solidifying her standing within the legal community.
