Olushola Akinola (Chief Compliance Officer)
Olushola Akinola brings over three decades of professional experience, including 19 years within the Nigerian pension industry, where he has distinguished himself across key functions such as Business Development, Investment Operations, and Regulatory Compliance.
Before joining the company, he served as the Head of Compliance at ARM Pension Managers Limited, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening compliance frameworks and regulatory alignment. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Education) degree in Physics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In addition, he is a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP).
Over the course of his career, Olushola has participated in numerous executive training programmes covering business leadership, regulatory compliance within the pension industry, and compliance management, further reinforcing his expertise and leadership in the field.
