Ezekiel Taiwo is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning auditing and consultancy, pension operations, assurance, project implementation control, and financial services. He is recognized for his results-driven leadership and ability to transform complex processes into efficient, technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
His leadership has strengthened the organization's position as a trusted custodian of pension assets, while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency, client service excellence, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Ezekiel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance from the University of Lagos and graduated with Distinction in Higher National Diploma (HND) Accountancy from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, reflecting his enduring commitment to excellence in financial management and professional development.
Prior to his current role, Ezekiel served as Head of Payment at First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited (FPCNL), where he led the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational innovations that enhanced pension payment processes, strengthened risk management, ensured regulatory compliance, and improved overall service delivery. His contributions have played a significant role in safeguarding pension assets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Throughout his career at FPCNL, he has held several leadership positions across Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, and Project Implementation. Before joining the organization, he worked with an audit firm as a Senior Audit Officer, where he gained extensive experience in audit and assurance services.
